  • Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service will receive a partial refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance.

3. Conduct and Responsibility

  • Safety Compliance: All passengers must adhere to safety instructions provided by our crew. AB Cruises reserves the right to terminate services if safety protocols are violated.
  • Damage and Liability: Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the yacht due to negligence or misconduct. AB Cruises is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during the service.

  • Communication: By booking with us, you consent to receive communications related to your booking and promotional offers. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Service Interruptions: AB Cruises is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold AB Cruises harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
