Cancellation Policy
At AB Cruises, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling bookings and any applicable charges.
1. Customer Cancellations
- Cancellations Made 72 Hours or More Before the Scheduled Service:
- Eligible for a partial refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
- Cancellations Made Less Than 72 Hours Before the Scheduled Service:
- No refunds will be issued.
- No-Shows:
- If you fail to arrive at the scheduled time, your booking will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
2. Cancellations by AB Cruises
AB Cruises reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases such as:
- Extreme weather conditions that could impact safety.
- Technical or operational issues with the yacht.
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If we cancel a booking, customers will have the option to:
- Receive a full refund, or
- Reschedule for a later date at no additional cost.
3. Rescheduling Requests
- Customers can request to reschedule their booking at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling within less than 72 hours of the booking may not be possible and could incur additional charges.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Any payment processing fees charged by third-party providers may be deducted from the refunded amount.
