Cancellation Policy

At AB Cruises, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling bookings and any applicable charges.

1. Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations Made 72 Hours or More Before the Scheduled Service:
    • Eligible for a partial refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
  • Cancellations Made Less Than 72 Hours Before the Scheduled Service:
    • No refunds will be issued.
  • No-Shows:
    • If you fail to arrive at the scheduled time, your booking will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

2. Cancellations by AB Cruises

AB Cruises reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases such as:

  • Extreme weather conditions that could impact safety.
  • Technical or operational issues with the yacht.
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

If we cancel a booking, customers will have the option to:

  • Receive a full refund, or
  • Reschedule for a later date at no additional cost.

3. Rescheduling Requests

  • Customers can request to reschedule their booking at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling within less than 72 hours of the booking may not be possible and could incur additional charges.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Any payment processing fees charged by third-party providers may be deducted from the refunded amount.
